AI automation for business workflows

Repeated data entry, scattered inquiries and manual reporting take time away from useful work. I help identify one repeatable workflow and connect the tools around it. AI is added where classification, extraction or drafting can help; predictable rules handle the rest.

When this is a good fit

For teams that regularly copy information between tools, sort incoming requests or prepare the same reports. A suitable first workflow has a clear owner, accessible data and an outcome that can be checked against the current process.

What the work includes

  • Workflow mapping and a baseline for time, errors or response speed
  • Connections to your existing forms, CRM, email or other available APIs
  • Document extraction, request classification or draft preparation where useful
  • Approval steps, error handling and activity logs
  • A handover explaining ownership, running costs and maintenance

How the project moves forward

  1. Choose a recurring task and document the current steps and exceptions.

  2. Check API access, data quality and permissions before choosing the tools.

  3. Build a limited pilot using representative examples and human review.

  4. Compare the pilot with the baseline, then decide whether to expand it.

Scope and investment

Pricing follows the agreed scope: pages or workflows, integrations, content, user roles and ongoing support. After reviewing the brief, I can define deliverables, dependencies and a proposal. There is no fixed price that fits every project.

Before we start

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

Usually the first step is to work with the tools you already use. Integration depends on their APIs, access permissions and data quality. If a tool cannot be connected reliably, that limitation is explained before development.

What happens when the automation makes a mistake?

The workflow needs a clear fallback. Depending on the task, this can mean routing uncertain cases to a person, retrying a failed connection or stopping an action and recording the error. Critical actions should have explicit approval rules.
