Project overview

A focused digital project built for clarity, trust and action.

Tip Tronik services automatic transmissions in Teslić. The website is built around one idea: find out what is wrong first. Symptoms such as jerking, delayed engagement or slipping lead into transmission diagnostics, fluid service, electronic diagnostics, mechanical inspection and regular maintenance, followed by a five-step process from the first call to picking up the car, a workshop gallery, an FAQ and a WhatsApp request.

The goal was to make the offer easier to understand, present the work with stronger context and create a smoother path from first impression to contact, inquiry, booking or product evaluation.

Case study

We find out what's wrong first.

Drivers with a failing automatic gearbox fear an expensive guess. The site answers that fear directly: every page talks about symptoms, diagnosis and agreement before any work, and nothing promises prices or guarantees that the workshop has not confirmed.

Trust and performance signals

5

Services

Transmission diagnostics, fluid service, electronic diagnostics, mechanical inspection and maintenance.

5

Steps

Describe the problem, book an inspection, diagnosis, agree the repair, pick up the car.

3

Common symptoms

Jerking when shifting, delay when selecting D or R, and slipping, each leading to diagnosis first.

The thinking behind the work

The brief

Symptoms first, assumptions never.

The copy starts from what the driver feels: jerking when shifting, delay when selecting D or R, revs rising without acceleration. Each service explains what is checked and that the scope is confirmed only after the first inspection.

Design direction

Workshop dark with a signal blue.

Big Shoulders Display in tall uppercase, Inter Tight for text and JetBrains Mono for data. Oil-black panels, steel text and a single signal blue, with amber used only for warnings.

  • A diagnostic 'ticket' card that records vehicle, mileage, reported symptom and next step.
  • Pinned horizontal five-step process with large numerals.
  • Brand list of vehicles the workshop checks, with an honest note that it is not a manufacturer authorisation.

Request

A message the workshop can actually use.

The request form asks for car, year, mileage and when the symptom appears, then prepares a WhatsApp message. The page says clearly that sending the form does not confirm an appointment; the workshop calls back to agree it.

How it works

A clear process from the first step to the result.

  1. 01

    Interview

Write down how the workshop diagnoses and talks to customers.

  2. 02

    Copy

Symptom-led Serbian copy with no invented prices or promises.

  3. 03

    Design

Dark workshop interface, ticket card and pinned process.

  4. 04

    Request

WhatsApp request with vehicle data and a clear confirmation note.
