Project overview

A focused digital project built for clarity, trust and action.

Oštrica is a concept website for a barber shop in Banja Luka. Anton headlines with Playfair italics, brass and oxblood on near-black set a classic mood. A pinned 'five steps, forty-five minutes' shave ritual turns a barber pole, moves a razor that reveals each photo and runs a clock from 00:00 to 45:00. The price list, a horizontal gallery of cuts, a father-and-son offer, the barbers, gift cards and WhatsApp booking follow.

The goal was to make the offer easier to understand, present the work with stronger context and create a smoother path from first impression to contact, inquiry, booking or product evaluation.

Case study

Sharp cut. Steady hand.

A barber shop sells time in the chair. The concept makes that time the story: a forty-five-minute ritual you scroll through, with every step shown and timed.

The thinking behind the work

The brief

Old-school craft, booked from a phone.

The audience is men in Banja Luka who want a proper cut without waiting. The site had to feel like a classic shop and make booking a specific barber quick.

Design direction

Anton, Playfair, brass and oxblood.

Condensed Anton headlines with Playfair italics, Inter for text. Brass highlights and oxblood panels on near-black, with a paper-coloured price card that feels printed.

  • Barber pole that turns on scroll and a razor that wipes in each photo.
  • Clock counting from 00:00 to 45:00 across five steps.
  • Horizontal gallery of cuts, barbers' profiles and a gift card.

Booking

Service, barber and time.

Three steps prepare a WhatsApp or Viber message. A sticky mobile bar keeps call, WhatsApp and booking in reach.
