Project overview

A focused digital project built for clarity, trust and action.

Montage Aqua Therm assembles, connects and commissions plastics machinery: injection moulding, reaction technology, extrusion and automation. They work as an extended workbench for machine builders, including installations of KraussMaffei equipment at end customers, and directly for processors in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Central Europe. The website explains that work in the language of the people who buy it: technologies, machine series, a five-step project workflow, documentation and direct contact with the assembly leads.

The goal was to make the offer easier to understand, present the work with stronger context and create a smoother path from first impression to contact, inquiry, booking or product evaluation.

Case study

Assembly decides when your machine starts earning.

Industrial buyers do not need a slogan, they need proof of scope, process and paperwork. The site is structured like a project brief: what the team installs, which machine series it knows, how a job runs from site survey to handover, and who answers the enquiry.

Trust and performance signals

The thinking behind the work

The brief

Explain a service that happens on someone else's factory floor.

Montage Aqua Therm's customers are machine builders and plastics processors. They compare partners on capability, safety and documentation, so the website had to read like a competent technical partner, not a marketing page.

  • Mechanical assembly, electrical installation and cabling, piping, hydraulics and temperature control.
  • Commissioning and trial runs, relocation and retrofit, maintenance and breakdown service.
  • Electrical testing to DGUV V3, posting and A1 paperwork, insurance and one site lead per project.

Design direction

Deep navy, azure light and industrial photography.

Bricolage Grotesque in heavy uppercase sets the headlines, Inter Tight and JetBrains Mono carry the details. A scroll-scrubbed sequence follows a machine from delivery to positioning, anchoring, media connection and testing, which explains the job better than a paragraph could.

  • Machine series pages so buyers can jump straight to the equipment they own.
  • A gallery of installation work with a lightbox.
  • German and English versions with next-intl, built on Next.js.

Enquiry

You talk to the person who also does the assembly.

The contact section introduces the assembly leads by name with direct e-mail addresses. The enquiry asks for a machine list, foundation plan and preferred date, and opens the visitor's own mail program, so the website stores no form data.

How it works

A clear process from the first step to the result.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Map services, machine types and how customers actually buy assembly.

  2. 02

    Structure

Technologies, machine series, workflow, documentation and contact as one clear path.

  3. 03

    Build

Next.js, next-intl in German and English, GSAP and Lenis, optimised media.

  4. 04

    Launch
