Bilans is a concept website for an accounting agency in Sarajevo serving limited companies and sole traders: bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and tax returns, company formation, year-end accounts and digital bookkeeping. Paper, deep green and saffron with Newsreader and tabular figures make it precise and calm. The pinned 'from a box of receipts to a clean balance' section drops twelve scattered invoices into ledger rows, turns them into a monthly revenue bar and line chart, and ends on a stamped year-end statement where assets equal liabilities and deadlines are ticked off.

The brief

Show order, not just services.

Owners of small firms compare accountants on trust and price. The site demonstrates the work in one pinned sequence, lists services clearly and offers a package estimate in under a minute.

Design direction

Paper, deep green and saffron.

Newsreader with italic accents for headings, Manrope for text and Geist Mono with tabular figures for every number. Paper backgrounds, a deep green ledger section and saffron highlights.

Pinned receipts-to-ledger-to-chart sequence with a stamped statement.
Package calculator for company type, employees, invoices per month and VAT status.
Tax calendar with a countdown to the next VAT return, labelled as a general example.

Lead flow

The recommendation goes into the message.

The calculator recommends Start, Standard or Pro and fills the three-step request form, which opens in Viber or WhatsApp. A four-step onboarding explains how switching accountants works.
