Project overview
Nimax Construct is a concept website for selling apartments in a new P+4 building in Veternik, fifteen minutes from central Novi Sad, written in Serbian. The page is built like a property magazine: a desktop preloader counts from 000 to 100, the full-bleed hero clips into a rounded frame on scroll, and a pinned SVG building rises from foundation to keys while the sky turns from dawn to night. Apartments, purchase steps, location, gallery and a three-step enquiry follow.
The goal was to make the offer easier to understand, present the work with stronger context and create a smoother path from first impression to contact, inquiry, booking or product evaluation.

The thinking behind the work
The brief
Off-plan buyers buy trust. They need to understand what is being built, when it will be ready and what the purchase looks like, without calling a sales office first.
The concept speaks to families and young couples from Novi Sad, in Serbian ekavica, and treats the location (a quiet street, fifteen minutes from the centre) as part of the product.
Design direction
Two-tone headings pair Archivo with an italic Instrument Serif in muted blue. Mist backgrounds, deep night blue and a single warm gold keep the page quiet and premium, closer to a property journal than a builder's brochure.
Conversion
Apartment cards scroll horizontally in a pinned section and each one opens a prepared WhatsApp message. Purchase steps stack on scroll, a dark map section shows distances, and a three-column parallax gallery opens in a lightbox. The final enquiry asks three short questions and hands the message to WhatsApp or Viber.
